Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Equipment & Tool Engineers
for the Everett, WA location to support automation equipment for
the Production Engineering organization. Our Team is currently
hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate,
Mid Level, and Experienced Equipment & Tool Engineers. Our
production system is constantly reviewed for safety, quality and
flow improvements, as well as new technology.
A successful candidate in this role will have passion, creativity,
and a steadfast desire for process improvement and efficiency. They
will also have a strong desire to be out in the factory,
interacting with mechanics, safety, and equipment services, and
directly supporting the production system. In Production
Engineering, we need highly responsible professionals committed to
upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and
integrity.
Primary Responsibilities:
This is an equipment and tooling development, implementation, and
improvement role. Your duties will include (but are not limited
to):
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
"US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident,
refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Associate Level: Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the
preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced
technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In
the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard.
Experienced Level: Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7
years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range:
Associate (level 2) : $81,600 - $110,400
Mid-Level (level 3) : $96,050 - $129,950
Experienced (level 4) : $ 118,150- $159,850

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To
meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as
defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes
