Description:Customer Service Integrator is an integral part of
helping to keep the hangar floor neat and in running order. This
position will support mechanics and hangar employees in searching
for missing tools, locating carts, printing specs, and other tasks
to allow for the mechanics to work directly on the
aircraft.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: HANGAR FLOOR:---
Gathers any items needed from other locations and pick-up areas.---
Locates ladders, carts, tools, and any items needed at the request
of the mechanic.--- Prints specs as needed.--- Moves off units to
temporary staging areas.--- Coordinates with Supply Chain Logistics
(SCL) for deliveries (e.g., seats)--- General housekeeping of the
hangar floor including: disposal of scrap metal, emptying hangar
floor trash, sweep entryways, help with emergency spill and
containment, and cleaning out hangar refrigerators on a weekly
basis.--- Performs Foreign Object Debris walk and sweep in hangar
bays.--- Bi-monthly inspection of all chemical cabinets and
disposal of expired items.--- Picks up and recycles or disposes of
all scrap wood, cardboard and other refuse.--- Cleans out alodine
tank weekly.--- Notifies lead of any blood borne pathogen or pest
control issues.--- Inspects worktables for serviceable condition
and routes unserviceable tables out for repair.--- Cleans sanding
rooms and remove accumulated sanding debris from floors.--- Returns
all chemicals, cleco's, rags, bottle jacks, and shoring to its
proper locations.--- Rolls up and stows extension cords, air hoses,
and lights when not in use.--- Regular and prompt attendance.---
Effective and appropriate conduct with co-workers.MAINTENANCE
ASSISTANCE:--- Washes aircraft panels.--- Caters and de-caters
aircraft (provisioning).--- Removes and cleans floorboards.---
Assists with accessing certain areas on the aircraft.--- Hangs work
lights in the aircraft.--- Moves LAVs and GALLEYs to and from
Back-Shop areas.--- Removes, loads, and transports aircraft
seats.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must be eligible for FAA
safety sensitive placement (drug screen, no DOT
violations)Recognize basic hand toolsMust be able to be walking and
standing for full shiftMust have valid Driver's License About
