Job Overview:The IE leader will own the technical roadmap for our five year plan as well as the implementation strategy for this plan. This long term planning includes technology, resources, and skill development.The leader will be responsible for solving large scale, aircraft integration challenges. These challenges involve many product lines and technical skills across a broad range of aircraft platforms and customers. Preferred Qualifications:In addition, the Integration Engineering Director will be responsible for

  • Driving the Everett engineering site culture
  • Focusing on growing talent through intentional planning and actions
  • Leading the engineering team through successes and challenges
  • Accountable for engineering staffing including demand forecasting, hiring, and planning
  • Working with local Value Stream, Business Development, and Operations leaders
  • Engaging with customers to solve problems starting from concept through production and support
  • Reviewing and dispositioning program bids, program reviews, and CMS gate reviews
  • Driving program execution excellence including technical milestones, earned value targets, design to cost goals, compliance, and risk management
  • Coordinating certification focals within the business and FAA/EASA regulatory interactionsBasic Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR
    • Advance degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR
