Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12
school setting, serving students from TK through 5th grade. This
contract role runs from the start of the school year through the
end of the school year, with an ASAP start date. The position is
located in Federal Way, WA. Responsibilities include: Providing
speech and language therapy services to students in grades TK-5.
Conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans
(IEPs), and implementing therapy sessions tailored to each
student's needs. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other
educational staff to support student progress. Maintaining accurate
documentation and compliance with school and state regulations.
Participating in meetings related to student services and
professional development as required. Qualifications: Certification
as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience working with pediatric
populations in school or healthcare settings. Familiarity with
speech-language assessments and therapeutic interventions
appropriate for school-age children. Ability to manage a full
caseload within a school environment. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) preferred but not required. This opportunity offers the

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.87 to $69.87.
