RN Float 5% - Clinical Education and Primary Care

The Everett Clinic is seeking an RN to join the Education team
and Primary Care teams.
This is a split position between both the Clinical Education and
Primary Care Departments (50% Clinical Ed: 50% Primary Care
Department). The Clinical Educator position is responsible for
developing and delivering training for clinical staff across the
organization. Additionally, the Educator performs clinical practice
consultation, and develops clinical policies and standards that
reflect evidence-based practice and meet national quality standards
for patient care.
The Primary Care Float position will be partnering with the
Clinical Nurse Leader to support the floor RN Leads.
This position is Monday-Friday, 40/hours per week
In addition to your hourly rate, you will be paid a 5% Float Pool
differential as well as any, weekend and evening shift

The Registered Nurse responsibilities include:
* Serves as a resource for clinical practice, which may also
involve clinical project work that results in meeting identified
* Reviews/develops clinical policies/procedures/guidelines/standard
work as assigned.
* Develops education and training for organizational quality
program initiatives. Develops/coordinates/performs clinical audits
* Assists in the development of and teaches "Core Competency"
Classes for Clinical staff
* Assists in the development of content for clinical staff and
Preceptor orientations, and trains staff and Preceptors as needed.
Participates in Clinical Education Committee, and other committees
as assigned by manager.
* Serves as a resource for documentation standards in
EMR(Electronic Medical Record)
Registered Nurse Credentials:
* Current Registered Nurse license in Washington state
* Current BLS certification
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; Master of Science in
* Obtain a BSN within 4 years
