We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an
Entry Level Customer Service Team Member. In this role, you will be
responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a
variety of customer interactions from answering questions to
processing orders, providing product information and
troubleshooting concerns. As an Entry Level Customer Service Team
Member, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support
to develop your skills in customer service, sales, communication,

Service Team Member Responsibilities: Assist customers with
inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products,
services, and sales opportunities. Provide professional,
knowledgeable, courteous customer service and maintain friendly,
helpful demeanor. Attend daily meetings with fellow Entry Level
Customer Service Team Members to collaborate on goals and maintain
high levels of customer satisfaction while aligning with sales
targets. Resolve customer complaints promptly and in a manner that
will retain and promote customer loyalty. Attend daily team
campaign meetings to set goals, collaborating with the sales team.
Directly market and sell products and services to qualified
customers in a face-to-face environment.
