Job DescriptionHybrid Position (Seattle or Greater Seattle
Area)Travel requiredJob Summary:The Outreach Representative is
responsible for developing, aligning, and retaining referrals from
market physicians and referring providers for primary services.
Identifies target referrals and is very familiar with operations,
services, and key roles. Facilitates the retention of physician
relationships, referring relationships and community relationships.
Responsibilities include growth of new referral sources and other
specific professional relations responsibilities while serving as
an extension of our physicians. Market products executing marketing
campaigns; create marketing and communication materials, maintain
materials inventory; plan training meetings and partner events;
manage projects; analyze reports, and ensures company messages are
consistent.Duties/Responsibilities: Increase referral base through
relationship building activities, acting as a liaison between
practice and referral sources to provide solutions, and escalating
complaints. Work collaboratively with doctors to develop and
implement specific outreach, relationship building, and marketing
plans to meet organizational goals. Ambassador of cultivating
relationships and communication with referring providers and/or
their office staff via phone and email and drop-in visits.Assist in
the development of a sales process through company CRMMaintain and
update CRM data base Identify, gather, and report information and
analytics on new referral sources, generating leads for doctor to
cultivate relationships. In collaboration with the Physicians,
evaluate, analyze, and interpret current physician referral
patterns and trends, ensuring that professional relations resources
are optimized.Promote products and services through external drip
campaigns.Manage and maintain up to date website content to reflect
the current business focus, technology and service consistent with
priorities of the business.Conduct market research of local
activities, competition, demographics, potential referral sources,
patient surveys and testimonials.Event planning and production for
local and regional in-person, virtual or hybrid eventsAssist in
producing clear and concise patient collateral including brochures,
advertising, questionnaires, and consents for patient discussions
focusing on patient comprehension level and achieving
clarity.Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities
to add value to job accomplishments or improve
processes.RequirementsDemonstrated project management and event
coordination with the ability to prioritize
multipleprojects/initiatives of a time sensitive nature.Computer
skills, including database maintenance and reports generation
(strong knowledge of MS Excel). Exhibit a high degree of
organizational and analytical skills.Demonstrate excellence in
communication skills demonstrated ability to convey ideas and
information, verbally and in writing.Ability to effectively work
with and through physicians, staff and other personnel in a
cooperative, collaborative manner in order to improve provider
and/or patient satisfaction.Exhibit initiative and the ability to
work independently or lead and perform as part of the larger team,
in a fast paced environment. Able and willing to achieve goals with
tenacity, compassion. Requires the ability to travel by automobile
in the service area on a regular basis and attend evening
