Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered
with a provider of septic system services, committed to delivering
reliable and efficient solutions to their customers. We are seeking
a skilled and organized Office Manager for this team. As the Office
Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and
efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for
managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, overseeing
customer inquiries, and providing support to our team members. What
you get to do: · Help keep the office organized · Answering phones
· Scheduling · Meet and greet with walk-ins and provide excellent
customer service · Data entry · Filing · Assist with other
administrative duties as needed. What you need to be successful: ·
QuickBooks · Dispatch system experience a plus but not required.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pay: $25.00 -
