Our client is currently seeking a Facilities Project Admin 4
Duration: 12 moths I Possibility to extend
Work Location: Everett, WA
Develop, maintain and
Understanding of the
different phasing of a project and is able to develop
schedules to support project planning and budgeting.
Solicit schedules from
all contractors and subs to develop accurate integrated
Lead conversations with
all internal and external stakeholders as it pertains to schedules
Assist Project Managers
with identifying risk, issues and opportunities as it pertains
What are the Top Skills REQUIRED to perform this role/job?:
Bachelor's Degree in
construction management or have a minimum of 10 years + of
Strong understanding of
resource management and cost loaded scheduling.
Earn Value Management
Strong schedule recovery
excellent time management.
Adaptable to change and
continuous priority adjustments.
Willing to train PMs on
how to use scheduling software and basic construction
Software familiarity: MS
projects and Primavera software
Ability to demonstrate
competence at the interview with real world examples
Candidate will be
expected to provide an example of this in the interview stage.
experience is a MUST
typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor)
typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an
combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years'
experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
