The Cross Border Finance organization is seeking a talented
Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical
leadership role by partnering with leaders to influence strategic
decisions in a multi-billion dollar business. This role is a highly
visible opportunity that requires strong controllership, thought
leadership, sound business judgment, and a proven ability to
collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Stores
organization. We're looking for a self-starter with effective
business partnership experience and proven abilities to manage
complex projects, dive deep into details, and translate financial
insights into actionable business strategies. This person will
partner with leaders across several teams including operations and
retail to provide strategic direction, tactical execution, and
decision support. This role offers the chance to make a substantial

technology sector. Key job responsibilities Business Partnership &
Strategic Advisory - Serve as a key Finance partner working
directly with management and other internal stakeholders to
influence business decisions through effective verbal and written
communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation
of recommended actions and alternatives - Contribute to business
decisions by providing insightful analysis and methodical
consideration for the end-to-end impact to systems, financial
controls and ongoing support requirements Financial Planning &
Analysis - Manage the annual financial planning and quarterly
budgeting exercises by providing accurate, complete, and timely
forecasts - Drive the core financial processes including Annual
Operating Plans, long range Strategic Plan and Monthly/Quarterly
Business Reviews - this includes coordination with stakeholders in
a number of markets globally Financial Reporting & Modeling -
Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and
financial modeling using a broad range of tools including Excel -
Complete complex business modeling and analysis to drive revenue
growth, identify operating improvements, deep dive on cost
structures and analyze business opportunities/investments - Perform
root cause analysis and uncover core issues using data to improve
and create new measures for financial performance Business Reviews
& Stakeholder Management - Facilitate financial review meetings and
Business reviews with cross functional teams and business leaders
to ensure effective finance, controllership, and cost management,
with data analysis and follow through on actionable items Process
Improvement & Innovation - Identify opportunities and drive
automation in existing manual processes, working with data source
providers and technology teams to ensure that key data is timely,
accurate, and automated - Develop, recommend, and implement
policies and programs that guide the organization in improving its
profitability and managing financial and compliance risks -
Bachelor's degree - 5 years of tax, finance or a related analytical
field experience - 6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate
data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an
escalation plan experience - 6 years of solving complex business
challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models,
analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business
(e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer
benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL -
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
(examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial
systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - Experience
delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
