our Collections team. What you'll do: Be a Financial Guide: Engage
directly with consumers, utilizing your strong communication and
negotiation skills to understand their unique situations and
skillfully guide them to resolve outstanding account balances.
Drive Positive Outcomes: Proactively manage a variety of
communication channels—including inbound and outbound calls, email,
and chat—to establish effective payment solutions and achieve
account resolution goals. Exceed Expectations & Unlock Growth:
Specialists who consistently meet and surpass key performance
indicators (KPIs) for 6 months unlock promotion opportunities!

High sense of ownership, resilience, and reputation of
dependability Experience as a Collections Specialist, Collector,
Collection Agent, Recovery Specialist, or similar is NOT required,
but nice to have
