Accounts Receivable Manager Location: Kent / On-site Salary
Range: $92,000 - $109,000 DOE Our client, a respected national
organization with a long-standing reputation for excellence in
service, innovation, and industry partnerships, is seeking an
experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a high-performing
credit and collections team. With a collaborative workplace culture

operational excellence. As the Accounts Receivable Manager , you
will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity and
customer trust through strong credit assessment and receivables
management practices. This is a hands-on leadership role that
offers the opportunity to impact process improvements, support key
company initiatives, and build strong cross-functional
relationships. Key Responsibilities: Oversee credit risk assessment
for potential members and set customized credit terms within
company policy. Lead a team of at least four professionals,
providing mentoring, training, and support while fostering a
positive and collaborative team culture. Manage the onboarding and
termination of member accounts, ensuring compliance with internal
procedures and communication across departments. Review and analyze
company financials for creditworthiness and risk, applying your
expertise in credit analysis and accounting best practices. Drive
strategic improvements in AR workflows and delinquent account
management, including recovery strategies and alternate payment
plans. Oversee UCC filing processes and ensure loss payee coverage
on member insurance policies. Handle daily ACH uploads, monthly
billing for dues and credit insurance, and coordinate the annual
credit insurance renewal in partnership with the CFO. Represent the
credit department with professionalism across both internal teams
and external stakeholders, including at semiannual tradeshows.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a
minimum of five years' experience in Credit and Accounts
Receivable. Demonstrated success in credit analysis, with the
ability to interpret financial statements and assess business risk.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record
of managing a team of 4 members. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and Outlook. Strong communication
skills with a preference for in-person collaboration. Highly
organized, accurate, and efficient with excellent problem-solving
abilities. A stable work history reflecting dependability,
