A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Stock Administration & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare SEC filings related to compensation matters
Oversee payroll function and equity accounting administration
Coordinate technical accounting research and provide financial analysis

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
7+ years of experience in public accounting
Experience in equity-awards accounting and SEC reporting
Detail-oriented with strong computer skills
