area is searching for strong recruiters to join our growing team in
Talent Acquisition. These individuals will play a critical role in
helping build out process, capability and overall team strategy.
Partnering with industry luminaries, you¿ll help drive and
influence the talent pipeline across the organization.
¿ Create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet
current staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles
ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and speed.
¿ Execute the recruiting process end to end while effectively
utilizing the process, systems and tools (full life cycle
¿ Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment
on position, impact and expectations while providing market
insights and education.
¿ Identify the best online sourcing channels for different
¿ Leverage Web 2.0 technologies to locate, engage, and attract
¿ Identify the top-performing employees at talent competitors and
use the right messages to reach high-quality candidates.
¿ Proactively cold call passive candidates and articulate the
company¿s products to create a compelling story and gain candidate
¿ Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active
consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely,
accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
¿ Organize targeted outreach events in the industry and on-site in
¿ Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify
the best candidate for a position.
¿ Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the
¿ Negotiate with candidates against counter-offers.

¿ Strong functionality of Applicant Tracking Systems or Hiring
Management Systems (Taleo a plus).

including proficiency in cold-calling.

¿ Ability to interface well with candidates and employees at all
