*Position Type: Retail Sales Specialist**Location: * Everett, WA*Hourly rate: $20.34**Contractor benefits: Medical, vision, Dental, 401k**Job Description:**Regular and predictable attendance is required*We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. Our ideal Retail Sales Specialist is a motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed.*Retail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:** Open/close store.* Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.* Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.* Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.* Process POS (point of sale) purchases.* Handle returns of merchandise.* Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.* Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation.* Prepares and processes store orders for customers.* Identifies and reports safety and housekeeping issues.* Restock store when necessary.* Routinely cleans store.* Reports all customer complaints to Store Manager.* Follows all companies policies and procedures.*Retail Sales Specialist Requirements and Skills:** 2+ years of sales experience or customer service.* Excellent verbal and written skills.* Ability to maintain professional appearance.* Maintains a positive and professional attitude.* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.* Strong organizational skills.*Education:*Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).*Additional Information:**Full Time/Part Time/On Call: *Full time*Shift: *First*Start Time: *8:00 AM*End Time: *5:00 PM*Must be U.S. Person for purposes of Export Compliance.*EEO Statement Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
