Chief of Staff team is dedicated to enabling the Platform team and
its leaders for success. Our platform vision is to be the global
platform that enables everyone to imagine, create and monetize

minded individuals.About the role:The Program Manager will report
directly to the Chief of Staff and will be responsible for owning
and executing highly visible programs critical to the success of
our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at
managing complex projects, and possess exceptional leadership and
communication skills.Location: Seattle, WAKey Responsibilities:
- Program Ownership:--Take ownership of key programs from
conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational
goals and timelines.
- Strategic Planning:--Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
develop and execute strategic plans that support the overall
objectives of the organization.
- Stakeholder Management:--Build and maintain strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring
effective communication and collaboration throughout the program
lifecycle.
- Risk Management:--Identify and mitigate potential risks and
issues associated with programs, implementing proactive strategies
to keep programs on track.
- Resource Allocation:--Work closely with project teams to
allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and
successful delivery of programs.
- Performance Monitoring:--Establish key performance indicators
(KPIs) and regularly monitor program performance, providing timely
updates to the Chief of Staff and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:--Drive continuous improvement
initiatives by analyzing program outcomes and implementing lessons
learned to enhance future program execution.
- Communication:--Develop and deliver clear and concise program
updates, reports, and presentations to the Chief of Staff and other
leadership members.
- Team Collaboration:--Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
ensure seamless integration of programs into the overall
organizational strategy.
- Budget Oversight:--Work in collaboration with finance and
project teams to manage program budgets, ensuring financial goals
are met.What you will need:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of
successfully leading and delivering complex programs
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision
with short-term goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and
stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent operational rigor
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills
- Ownership mentality, from discovery through delivery
- Effective time management to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to respond to rapidly changing business needs
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexities--
- Ability to understand overall business drivers and identify
risks and opportunities
- Ability to operate independently--Added bonus if you have:

compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is
$133,520.00 - $224,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum
target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted
role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual
starting pay is determined additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual
starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific
salary range for your preferred location during the hiring
